The design industry is all about attitude and passion and our team have that in abundance

Vicki Alexander has been the production and office manager for an architectural practice since 1999 and she has many years practical experience in the industry.  She brings a customer focused attitude to how the business delivers value and ensures that her business and banking experience contribute to the way the team operates.

Simon Gundry hails from the UK and has over 25 years experience in the industry in thermal assessments.  In the mid 1980's he was actively involved with the design and implementation of insulation assessment requirements in the UK, and has designed software programs in this field.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertize to the services H1 Solutions provides.

Hoani Hipango has been involved in the industry for several years, consulting, developing and designing business systems to compliment value adding services to designers.  He has also been a business development manager for an international software business so those competencies bring additional value to the H1 Solutions team.

Lilly Baigent is responsible for the H1 Solutions marketing activities and has a small team that she manages.  She plans, coordinates and directs all the external communication with clients.  She has a business degree and brings a very customer focused approach combined with sound practical experience from her family's property development business.

Jackie Sheehan is responsible for the H1 Solutions sales activities as well as maintaining customer relationships.  She has a background in sales and marketing but also has many years experience in the management of customer projects from a time pressure and cost consideration perspective.
